i am from rajasthan. my interview is on 5th f may at jaipur.
some f the questions which were frequently asked in previous
interviews are:

tell us about yourself?
tell us about your family?
last 30 days current affairs?
last 5 days newspaper?
what is bank?
why would you want to go in the bank?
several types of bank?
crr 'slr' repo rate' reverse repo rate'
and some questions from your academic session.

friends who are scheduled for the early dates, plz let us
inform about their experience after havin their interview.

First of all Hearty Congratulations to all who made their
stand among 27 lakh candidates appearing for the SBI
clerical examination 2009.
I m Rupali from Mumbai. My Interview is scheduled on the
very first day i.e. 26th April at 12 Noon at Andheri,
Mumbai. i have done my MCA and being from a technical
background i know that interview panel is literally gonna
screw me up. But no worries atall as i m ready to face the
interview challenge. I m going to give my best. Dats It.
Well i will definitely share my experience with all you
people here.

My Interview is on 26th April at Kochin (Kerala).

I think people from commerce background will have a nice
interview. They will ask about financial things only. But
plese note that your written test mark plays a significant
role. Cracking the interview alone may not help you.

For others they will ask 'anything'... I had attended one
clerical interview for associate banks of SBI. They asked
me about the following things.

1. Why bank job??? (I'm an IT guy)
2. Aren't you overqualified???
3. What is CBS?
4. What is CORE?
5. SBI Logo
6. About associate banks.
7. About web browsers..
8. First microprocessor with superscalar architecture :)
9. Some questions about SBI officials..

Some personal questions also...

I did fairly well. But the result was negative :( .

Hi I am working as a single window operator in State bank of Travencore from last one month in Delhi and now i am selected to join Bank of Baroda in Delhi.........guys please suggest me whether i must stay in State bank of Travancore or i must go for Single Window Operator in Bank of Baroda .
