According to Central Sales Act, In case of inter state sale
a registered dealer(Buyer) has to submit C Form to Seller
to get benefit of lower tax rate as per CST (get exemption
to pay local sales tax on inter state purchase.)

C FORM IS REQUIREABLE WHENEVER WE SALE INTERSTATE THEN WE
HAVE TO ISSUE THE C FORM TO BYERS FOR TAKE THE TAX BENIFIT .
OTHERWISE TAX RATE TO BE DIFFERENCE
