C FORM IS REQUIREABLE WHENEVER WE SALE INTERSTATE THEN WE
HAVE TO ISSUE THE C FORM TO BYERS FOR TAKE THE TAX BENIFIT .
OTHERWISE TAX RATE TO BE DIFFERENCE
