ONLY EQUITY SHARE ,i.e realonwers capital

share means ( as per MCA )- a share means a share in the share of share capital of a company
and it may be equity or preference or deffered
so equity is a part of share
and equity is what the share holders by themselves undertake a limited liability with highest risk amoung all other stakeholders, to have common benefit.

SAY ALL THESE VARIANCE ARE CORRECT AND BASED ON THE ACTUAL TRANSACTION TAKEN PLACE, HOW SOMEONE CAN A FINAL ACCOUNT MEANT FOR INDIAN ACCOUNTING POLICY WHICH TO BE SUBMITTED TO VARIOUS GOVT BODIES?
