In railways Assistant Station Master posts are avilable, not station masters. There are so many boards in railways. Each board conducts a separate exam or ASM or it may be counducted as centralised notification.
The qualification for ASM is any Degree.The syllabus is general knowledge, Arithmetical ability, reasoning ability and english.
So you have to cover Indian history, indian geography, indian economics and politics and general knowledge and latest currant affairs.
For maths upto 9th standard general and commercial arithmetics.
so be prepare for a year to get a asm in railways.
