actually depreciation is not deducted from land.
but some unexpected markets may decrease the land value in
that case the loss is to be shown under the miscellaneous
expenditure head in balance sheet and its to be amortised
over the number of periods

Depriciation is not depriciated with land. Land is
immovable and depriciation is only in fixed assests which
can be moved.
