first you will have to export data what you want to
transfer to excel format data. you have to click export
option in tally, and you have to do keep doing ok
continusaly after that you will have to go there whare you
have installed tally and the you got data in excell format

Hi Dear,
What ever data you required in Excel from Tally9. First
your tally9 version should be 2.13 or latest version. Than
go throuth that data Pres (Alt+E) and Save this file to
your PC drive.
