i got rejected my visa on 21june ..bcz i unable to give the aansewr about why dont you do ms in india ...i want to allpy again on this july 2nd week may i apply with in this short period and if he asked about why you rejected at last time? what should i have to give the answer?

9 66615sir,this is vamshi. i completed my btech(cs)in 2006 and i secired 59.25%.now am working as a associate professor in a same college which is i studied(btech).my gre & toefl is 850,73 respectevly.i have 6 backlogs ,i applied for tamu-commerce and i got rejected my visa recently.now am applying my visa on 11 july'08.could you please help me how can i support with this criteria? what are the expected questions and give me the proper answers ..
2329sir i got admission at us university in MBA health care managemnt. i donot have toefl scores. even then i got admission from that university(viu). do the visa officer asks me about my scores. toefl and gre scores are not requite to that university. is this a problem at the us consulate. please give me suggestions.

hi...this is mahe from hyd .i completd my bachelors of physiotherapy in 2009 WITH 65%,.i have 8 backlogs ,and igot I20 IN MBA HEALTH CARE MANGMT from liu,my toefl score is92 ,gre below 700.still now i didnt book my visa slot.due TO fear of backlogs,LOW GRE SCORE AND I CHOOSED MBA,,,,,,PLZ TELL ME HOW CAN I CONVINSED OFFICER ABOUT MY BACKLOGS,GRE AND MBA(bcoz my degree is pure science background) .....THANKU PLZ PLZ PLZ its urgent my intake is in spring 2011

Hi, I have a L1B filed by my employer which is valid till 10/10/10. I quit my employer few months back and the L1B is not valid. I am planning to take up Higher studies in US and apply for F1 Student visa. I am concerned that being in India, will I be able to apply for F1 with L1B valid till 10/10? I believe i need to cancel the L1B and I am wondering how to proceed with the cancellation. Please advise!
