Hi My husband is in USA for couple of months on B1 visa. We are having our anniversary in this suration and we want to be together. My husband will get allowance of 110$ per day which company is ready to give in writing. My husband just has 2 years of experience so has only 1 year of ITR statement and bank statements do not show heavy cash flow. But the allowance that he wil be getting from the company would be good enough for my stay and the travel. My husband also has property in his name in India whose document xerox i have. What could be the possible Q after seeing these documents? and what should be my answer.

I am a single lawyer with the government and my parents are both retired government employees. Both of my brothers are american citizens. We want to take a short vacation and also to witness my nephews' birth. My parents and I went for a visa interview recently and were denied. The consulate only asked us few questions; 1. are you the only child left in the philippines? yes sir because I work here in the philipines. 2. And both of your parents are retired? yes sir. Then he said, Unfortunately, I cannot approve your application because you fail to show strong ties in the Philippines. We intend to apply again. Just in case the consul will asked us, what changed between the time of our first interview and now, can I politely say that we were not given the chance to show our strong ties in the philippines? How soon can we apply again? Is it better for us to have separate interviews, I alone and my parents together?

He tried filing an affidavit of support at the Immigration and Naturalization Service there but the officer told him that I should be the one to process my visitor visa application with my own documents. Does it mean Affidavit of support or invitation letter is not a requirement for applying a Visitor Visa coming from the Philippines? and will the bank deposit of $1,100.00 enough for my 3 days stay in the USA because my friend will be responsible for all of my expenses including the airfare? I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. what shall i answer if VO ask me that why this course and why u have change ur pharmacy field and want to do master in ESHM ,,,as i have done my Bachelors in pharmacy with good grades and now i want to pursue career in environmental section, so i have also received I-20 from the university as my program is M.S. in environmental safety and health management, i found there is a wide scope in this field.
I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.

I am 18 years old and now i wait for the I20 form. I have my appointment at the embassy on 19 August. I will go to the Missouri Valley College, i have pay the first semester and in my parents financial statement i have the amount for to pay the first two years. I have also a academic scholarship from the college, actually i must payed 22.000$ and i will pay only 9.700$. I want to go in a US college, because i play in my country american football and i want to play football in the college. I have a lower TOEFL score 33, but i will give again the TOEFL test in the college and if i don't take again the test, i will participate in a few ESL classes that is as a part of my scholarship package, ( I need in the TOEFL iBT 61). And in the taxes for last years it appear that my parents make last year 18.000 Euro (27.000$). Last information is that i live in Greece, but my nationality is Albanian. Therefore i want to ask you how probabilities have i to take the student visa?

Dear, One of my close friend is in B2 Visa. Twice she went in B2 and came back to india. First trip to US in June 2008 and second trip to US in Oct 2008.
