Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. Hello evryone.i recently got rejected for b2 visa.my brother's wedding is in june this year and i wanna attend it.my parents have their visas.me and my oder brother went for the interview.we both are medical students.my elder brother who is gettin married is on h1 visa.the VO asked us wen ws the last u saw ur brother.we said 5 yrs.my parents applied last year for attending my cousins wedding.the VO told us tht we r young and unemployed and she returned our passports.and handed over the 214(b) leter.now we have reapplied and have our interview in a week.any suggestions plz..cause we r very eager to attend our bro's wedding.how to convince the officer.

In2009 they send us the sponsorship at time we face rejection but this we apply from thomas cook tour i wanna to that how to convince counslate that we are not going to our relatives we are simply going on a tour and when i have to re apply again 3 months or 6 months? They have suggested me some couple of universities in that I have choosen lamar university. I later emailed to the students over there & got a positive feedback Visa officer: How u support Me: My parents ( I didnt mention about scholarship & education loan) Visa officer: What are they Me: My father is GM in so & so company & mother is accounts manager in so & so enterprises. Visa Officer: What is your percentage Me: 57% Visa Officer: how many backlogs Me: 20 Visa Officer: Show me ur mark sheets Me: I showed Visa Officer: do u have any experience? Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Hello, i am Suraj. I got rejected on my ineterview on december 8th and have again taken the date for 17th.During my interview a guy quarreled with the interview taking person and then the same girl took my interview. My all documents are upto date bank balance is enough,self property is good,watevr she asked i told her fluently but also she rejected telling me that ma income source is not enough. I dont understand why i got rejected. The friends who had taken the interveiw along with me got selected though their family background is more poor than mine. i am afraid i will get rejected again.
