i have done the diploma of commercial coockery. i have my tra assessed in 2008. now my bachelor of business studies is finishing in july 2010. if i have the 7 bands in ielts. can i apply for the direct permanent residency, instead of temporary residency?

The interview went all good but after 2 weeks i got the result where they told me that I was not the genuine student who really wants to study. Only because of the political situation of Nepal I had planned to go A/a and I was rejected for this silly reason where it was also written that my all the part of documentation was good.Can someone help me that what is this? 2806Hi! I got rejected for my visitor visa for U.S.A. I am a CA in India and have my own firm. I also work at a company as a consultant. When they asked about, what i do for living, i said i have my own firm and didn't mention about my consulting job. They gave me reason stating that they think i am going to stay in U.S.A. What proof or evidence i should take with me for the next time? If I mention about my consulting job, does it make any differences? they didn't even see any of my papers. Please advise.

I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work.
