What is the differance Between Calibration & Validation
Answer Posted / nivas
calibration is nothng like checkng up of your instrument
before going to start your work in your lab
validation is a document which explains how to do a work as
per FDA guidelines & it was essential for drug to be valid
during approval by FDA
if u didnt do calibration u can get result but these results
are far apart from official limits so calibration is must & it
was done by instrument engineers those who designs that
machine but validation document was prepared by QA people &
implemented by QC people
