1.Flow calibration:hydrogen gas,air and carrier gas
2.Column oven temperature:50,100,200,300
3.Injector precesion:6 times
4.Detector linearity:20% to 120%

In the HPLC Calibration done wavelength accuracy done between 200nm-280nm .but not done remaining 300-400nm not done ?
