Non-company charities need to keep Income and Expenditure Statements, Receipts and Payments Accounts and Balance Sheets. They can keep it for as long as they wish.

outstanding expenses are the expenses that "unpaid"at the end of the accounting period e.g.salaries rent so they all come to under nominal accounts which is debt all expenses and losses and credit all gains since they are unpaid hence they must be credited
is advance against FD or RD is treated as NPA .if EMI is not in scheduled . or classification of npa as per day is is made from sanction date or last payment date of repayment . please suggest me
