THEN THAT AMOUNT IS ENTERED IN THE SUSPENCE A/C FOR TALLY
OF B/S.

suspense a/c means nothing but when we balaceing books that
different amount will be transfer to one a/c that is called
Suspense A/C.

Simply tell about this Suspense A/C is used to Balance the
Accounts details .
for ex:if we made one expenses for Rs.2000/- we entered
that exp in tally Or Bookeeping but that time we got a
cofusion what kind of exp did we made?in that situation we
treat the exp A/c to Suspense A/c to balance the Accounts
details .

suspense account is only a parking accountlike sundry
deposit account. suspense is always a debit balance while
sundry a/c is a credit balance. the treatment in balance
sheet is suspense is shown as asset sundry a/c is a
liability.
the normal accounting rule is suspense a/c entries should
be cleared fast transactions should not be allowed to be
in suspense a/c for long.

when our a/c is not matched with another a/c so to end of
that diff. we have to create suspense a/c.
eg.- we check bank statement with our own book statement to
match.if there is any amt. which is not found in our or
bank a/c is called suspense a/c.but it is not made for long
time.
