as per company law in india, three types of meetings of the
members are required to be held by a company :
1 Statutary meeting
2.annual general meeting
3. extra ordinary general meetings

for borad of directors , the is no such diff. types and can
be held any time but min. no. of such meetings in a
calander year is 4 . and that is also in a manner that it
is held once in a quarter.
