Well...CUSTOMERS ARE NEVER DIFFICULT. Difficult are their
queries,which can be handled by understanding what the
customers exactly needs...and then can solve his queries.

First of all i listen the whole problem.
Then I will try to make it's possible solution with calm
mind. If he/she is wrong, then i will explain him/her about
their mistakes. and I will trace the whole problem
remaining in company's rules and regulations.

is angry i will listen the whole problem of the cumtomer
carefulle after listening the customer i will show the
empathy towards the customer problem than i will make best

always right,first i listen customer query then at that
moment i decide that how to handle this customer, as well
as i try to give handhold solution to the customer and one
thing more just keep in ur mind customers are always right.

i dont think that there is a difficult customer, bcs, we
sold our products to the customer, so we r the
responsiblity for that to sorted out all the queries from
the customer to make them as a permanent customer, first
apologies for the inconvinece caused to the customer what
ever it maybe,then prob the customer with a patience to
understand the problem of the customer,then try to rectify
the problem in a single shot, in case if u can't, inform
the customer that i need some to resolve your problem with
polit manner,if customer accepts we must complete it with
in the TAT.
