last sem. my collge is in hyd and uk. i got 10 months
visa.want to apply student visa without tofel or gre can i

My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

Dear Friends. I hv a valid F1 visa till 2012. Due to family emergency I came to India in Feb 2010 and I am still in India. I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? The place where I live is not covered by DHL.So in order to get an expedite delivery of the SEVIS receipt I ordered the delivery to the address of one of my friends.Everywhere else however a different address(the one mentioned in my passport)is however mentioned.Can this fact affect my chances of getting a F1 VISA?

MY NAME IS CHRISTIAN ,I RECEIVED MY I-20FORM FROM CINCINNTISTATE TECHNICAL COLLEGE OHIO,MY QUETION IS THAT I FINISHED MY HIGH SCHOOL SINCE 2003.WHAT DO I SAY WHEN AM ASKED OF WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING SINCE MY GRADUATION.CAN THE CONSULATE ACTUALLY GIVE ME A VISA JUDGING THAT I HAVE AN ORDINARY HIGH SCHOOL RESULT.I SCORED 120 IN MY TOEFL.
