1. I'll first check the hits/sec and connections per second graphs. if all the graphs have same curve, it means throughput up downs are because of varying load => hits on the server. you designed the scenario in such a way (could be intentionally or unintentionally)

2. If it is not the case, then go for server side graphs and analyse them thoroughly for any bottleneck.

Verify with the response time also...and then come to a
conclusion. Check with Business analysts for the bechmarks
for the Module/SUT
