lessee etc,clearly defined in text book

In simple words,Royalty means A landlord gives his land to
other person on lease & the other will cultivate or take
output from that land & he will pay some fixed lease rent to
landlord.
In simple words, Hire purchase means if a person purchases
in installment from Bike showroom & the whole amount is paid
in equal installment,if the purchaser defaults his payment
then the sellor(Vendor) has full rights to bring back his
bike which he sold.

hire purchase is simply means suppose if u have taken a
loan from a reputed bank for car loan . Your are
cuountinuous paid the same installment but in last
installment be daufalter than the seller has full rights
bring back hi car which is sold ....

1. Royalty, To a invention a person invest many time money
etc. therefore A consititution for the purpose of he have
right to use ehere invention for a limited time period, the
creature may use the invention or sell the right to others,
in the remuneration he get the royalty.
2. Hire Purchase is a system is a loan system where
physically asstes is used by borrower,but leagally owner of
the assets is who, who mortage the assets, you have the
possesion on assets but no have right sold or mortage to
other.
