well i think you can change univ after completing one
semister but not now.and for that u need sme transfering
credits.
but dnt disturb ur passport for now.u got a visa.so thank
God and just prepare to fly. and try to get cutoff credits
for transferring..wish u All the best.

i am planning to have 12 month OPT period after i graduate so when the consul asks me how long do u plan to stay in USA do i say i will stay xyzmonth(program duration)+12month(opt)? or in another word do i have to take a visa period that covers both the program and the opt or i can take a visa period for the program and then extend the visa for OPT? just to make it simpler: if my program length is 2 years do i have to tell the consul to give me a 3 years visa to cover the program and the opt or i can have only 2 years visa and then extend it in USA? And does saying that i want to have OPT to the consul can be a bad point as the consul may think that i will work in USA and never come back?or i should be fine?

Hi, friends this is Rohit I have completed my b.tech in 2007 and I worked for 6 months in Brigade as Technical Support and now I want to gor for USA to persue my MS in comp science and I have written IELTS exam and I have 57% in b.tech with 10 backlogs, Are there any chance of getting VISA???

Hello Sir/Madam, I had completed my graduation in BCA from Lyallpur Khalsa College ( regular) which is under Guru Nanak Dev University and got 59% in 2009. I want to do my further studies in New york or near to new york in USA . Which course is good for me? And which college/University is best for me where fees structure is not very high ? I've gone for the interview twice and I got rejected both the times. It was due to 214(b)-Potential immigrant. I'm applying for the VISA from abroad since my parents work abroad and I've done my schooling here. I got properties in India and my mom has got a job in India as well(on long leave). How do I convince the VO I will return back?
