hi, i have copied a link which is having a list of
universities in New York
http://www.utexas.edu/world/univ/state/#NY
and you can go through each universities and search about
your interested field, cost, accreditation, recognition,
international admission, course availability, students
especially from your country, course duration, your
affordability and all other facts.
Standardized test such as ielts, toefl, gre , gmat, sat, act,
scores vary to each and every university.
so that look you have to search thoroughly into admission
requirements.
each and every university will have a different unique
admission process and admission requirements.
so we cannot limit those facts.
anyway if you can have a high ielts, toefl, gre that is upto
you. no problem. standardized test scores always give value
additional points to your admission application also to get
the visa. always good to have them. but they are not compulsory.
good luck.
