test plan:project level document prpared by test lead r
pm.it consist of"who to test,when to test,how to test&what
to test".
test strategy:company level document it contain "what is
our aprroach to test the product/project".

Test stratagy : is nothing but how to approach the testing
and what are the rules and regulations followed in the
teating
Test plan :is nothing but shedule of the testing that means
what to test,when to test,How to test,Who to test

Test Strategy is the intial doucment we used to prepare in
out testing life cycle where as test plan is a document
derived from the test strategy.
