I think Agile testing is done parallel with Developemnt
once the specs are freeze for Iteration 1 and continues
till next iteration where complete functionailty document
is freezed and developemnt is completed.
Also if there is any further change in the requirements
from client side then that requirement is covered under
next Iteration 2 (Sprint 2) and get freezed with the
timeliness provided and after this no changes are
considered.

Agile testing is nothing but like prototype model.
Where the customer is provided a prototype of the product
before entering the designing stage in SDLC, so that if the
customer needs any changes in the application.
once the customer is satisfied, next stage is freeze stage
from this stage no changes will be considered.
