Business Requirment Document:This document tells the client
requirements in a abstract way.This will be prepared by
Business Analyst.It is the base Document for the project.
it tells what client need exactly.
Software Requirement Document:Actually Technical version of
Business Requirment Document is Software Requirement
Document.This will prepared by Project Manager.
This tells the technical requirements needed for the
project development.
The document preparation flow will be as follows
BRS-Business Requirment Document (1st document)

Business requirements lists out the Business Goals.
Software requirements documents is derived from Business
requirements, as Rajesh said is more technical in nature.
Consider 'User Friendliness' of an application as a
business goal. Then the Software requirement for this goal
could be making any transaction in three clicks. If the
transaction is not done in 3 clicks, the customer would be
directed to a help desk executive.
