If the defect is rejected by concerned developer we will
retest that bug and if it is reproducing then we will
submit through tracebility matrix... in which we will map
the defects according to SRS and we can show screen shots
also .......

take screen shot and attach and send back to developer.

that module. Then report that error in detail and attached

snap short of that error.there are variety of reasons the developer rejects a defect.for ex developer may not understand the defect or test engineer would have misunderstood it as defect or we sent a defect but it was duplicate so dev rejected the defect we sent a defect but developer says it as enhancement so dev rejects it as a defect

When our repoted defect is rejected then we will explain
the defect in which situvation it has come to us and we
will try to show the screen shot of tht defect.
