prepares a format called test strategy, or methodology. In
that the project manager to estimate some fields. they are
scope&obbject, roles&responsibilities, measurements
&metrics,data matrix,communication &reporting extra extra

stratage documents or methodlogie documents this contains
lot of components. scope,business issues, test
approaches,role&responsibility,automation&tools,defect

reference docs like SRS and FRS to prepare test plan and
test design. At the same time PM is preparing the test
strategy doc which tells about the testing approaches of
company.
