Answer / abhivirthi tax and industrial

Auto-cad training centre comes under Service Sector. Purchases of any goods from other States will be allowed at concessional rates only to the Business Sector and Industrial Sector.

Service Sectors can purchase goods from other States or locally at local VAT rates and there is no eligibility of C Forms
