Weblogic is middle-tire supporting
(admin+Application)clients need always quick
response(servers are up)as per weblogic admin always check
for servers status that's y ALL shifts is IMP.

As a Administrator we need give support 24/7.There is now Time frame and holidays.if it is necessary Mid of the night also work.

As i understand, its totally depend upon customer. how our application is critical and does he require 24/7 support or different support, it's agreed between customer and application admin.
