when PO match with invoice fully and go to PO summary,
select the po u want to finally closed, goto Tools-Control,
in Action, select Finally close and save

The Purchase Order status will show as "Finally closed"
when the PO details match exactly with the Invoice details.



Once the payment is done, the user will have to click on
the actions button and "finally close" the PO before
importing the details to the GL.

Is UOM maintained at master level or organization level or both???
