issue tha c form along with purchase order then supplier will not charge cst as per income tax act.

c-form has to be given by sale tax depatt. if we give them
a detail of purchase order and a list of supplier those
applicable as per sale tax rule

I am forming a Pvt. Ltd. company with total 4 no. of directors including myself. I'll be providing all the financing via. initial capital investment + operating cost.
