No, CIBIL data is available only to those financial institutions who share their data with CIBIL(Reciprocal basis). Visa authorities(Embassies, Consulates and High Comissions) do not fall under either category. (Neither a financial institution nor do they share their database with CIBIL).

My sister was a nurse in India and moved to Australia as student. She is struggling to get PR. She has 3+ years experience as nurse in india. According to Aust webpage, Washington Accords has accept india and Organisations holding provisional status now.Being an Indian Engineer required to fill the form of CDR- Competency demonstration report.I had passed in Dec 2003.And my college is Birla Vishvakarma mahavidyala-Sardar patel University;Gujarat which is belongs to AICTE, and well reputed in india.Should I have to fill the form of CDR?
