Hi, i am non it background, now i am ready to face testing
interviews. Please explain how to face interviews. Is there
any standard questions for interview point of view.
Answer / ajk
There is no standard procedure in interviews, every interview
is different. so when you apply for a position, very first
thing you have do is to go through the employer requirements
and based on it you can prepare for the possible related
questions.
if you are not confident,Advice you to make a fake resume
with similar experience and with different name and contact
detail, start applying for the jobs. This will help you build
confidence and you will have real time experience in facing
interview. when you are ready and confident you can start
applying with your own CV which will get you through and
place you in a decent profile.
this is been practiced by many people who are IT
professionals now.
do not apply for the jobs in the place where you want to
work, say if you are in banglore, apply in pune or hyd so
that later when you actually applying with your profile it
will leave good opportunities to face the personal interview.
