The basic and important difference:
1. QC 9.2 has 5 modules where as in QC 10 there are 8 modules.
2. QC 9.2 has less security system comparing to QC 10.
3. QC 9.2 supports only to windows NT server 2008 and
windows XP service pack 2 OS where QC 10 supports more or
less windows 7.
4. In QC 10 has focused and enhanced on release management.
5. QC 10 is highly configured and adaptable.
