Tester, needs to check the application on other system. Because the current situation may appear due to system specification issue. He needs to make more builds for the application.
Also explain to the developer about his finding (steps to reproduce the bug, enviousness he is using for running the application, test report (bug id, test case id, steps and description))

Here 3 reasons i have
one is developer environment and tester environment is change in an organization.
second one is developer is not accepting his defect.. why because he thought his written perfect and good code.
third one is tester itslef checking defect one more time and check it out another peer system.

Hi all,
As friend said, 'Tester environment and developer environment are different'. A tester needs to explain the DEFECT i na detailed manner like specifying the test case ID, Scenario ID, requirement ID to report the result to the developer.
The developer could identify the same if he uses in the same web environment or may even report saying, ' hey tester you have filed a wrong defect' It completely depends on what web server the application is running and depends on FRD sent to the tester
