I HAVE APPLIED FOR US STUDENT VISA IN DECEMEBR 16. I GOT
REJECTION. NOW I AM GOING TO APPLY SECOND TIME IN FEBRUARY.
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THESE QUESTIONS.
1) HOW MUCH FINANCE I HAVE TO SHOW?
2) WHAT SHOULD I SAY WHEN THEY ASK ME THAT WHAT HAVE YOU
MADE NEW CHANGES AFTER VISA REJECTION?
3) WHY HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR UNIVERSITY?
4) ACTUALLY I HAVE TAKEN PRACTICAL TRAINING AND NOT REAL
WORK EXPERIENCE. SO IN DS-160 FORM , FIRST TIME I HAVE NOT
MENTIONED WORK EXPERIENCE BUT CAN I MENTION IT NOW THOUGH I
DON'T HAVE REAL WORK EXPERIENCE? PLEASE INFORM ME. THANKS.

My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?

HI iam from delhi . my VISA rejected Twice . i applied SSU california . I have done MCA & 3 year Exp wid IT MNC. now i want go for MBA. Got my I-20. 1st time due to some SEVIS issue but VO said u will not come back thats why i cant issue visa. Iam showing 3 crore 88 lac rupees in my CA statement . 2nd time VO said u have enough Qualification so u dont need MBA ... my frnd already got Visa in same university. plezzzz soem 1 help me ... I need a small clarification i.e I need B.sc Degree(3 Years) and PGDCPA(1 Year).so its reaches US Education requirements right..? and 3 years of my degree was completed in 4 Year i.e actually passout is 2009-2011 but I passed in 2012.it is any problem for my admission and visa interview time.? I'm from sri lanka. i applied to enter the Univercity of North texas for the next semester. i done it through a local person. he is the one who handled all the document things. after paying my tutuion fees he took 6 more months to give me a reply. fianlly he gave me this I-20. but i have a small quiz. that is i don't know he has paid the money to the univercity which i have given him. if not after arrving usa, i will get a big problem. how can i make sure that everything is ok and i got the I-20 because the payment is ok?
