My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to
immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to
india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under
collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US
consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility
of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So
what are my chances for visa?

what shall i answer if VO ask me that why this course and why u have change ur pharmacy field and want to do master in ESHM ,,,as i have done my Bachelors in pharmacy with good grades and now i want to pursue career in environmental section, so i have also received I-20 from the university as my program is M.S. in environmental safety and health management, i found there is a wide scope in this field.

I have been admitted to the MBA program in a US university.I was not asked to appear for the GMAT as they told me that people having Masters or JD can apply without GMAT.(I have both) Now my question is- Will I be asked to show my GMAT score when I go for an F1 interview? Visa officer told me u dnt have enough funds to support ur education in USA . bt had shown 10 lakh of saving and 14 lakh of FD's and 7 lakh of bank loan so total is 31 lakh . and my tution fees is $ 14000 for 1 year and my course is 2 years . im gng 2 NYIT for Mastress in computer Sci . and my profile is like dat GRE 1030, IELTS 6, B.Tech 64% computer sci from india(PTU), National Diploma in COmputing Level-7 (Operation's & Support) from New Zealand. plz help me wt should i do in my second attemp im gng for second ime in 7th Jan 2010 .and also i have increased my bank loan 7 lakh to 15 lakh . and i took sponsership 4m my grand mother also . and wt kind of changes ill be do more ....plz help me guys

sir,this is vamshi. i completed my btech(cs)in 2006 and i secired 59.25%.now am working as a associate professor in a same college which is i studied(btech).my gre & toefl is 850,73 respectevly.i have 6 backlogs ,i applied for tamu-commerce and i got rejected my visa recently.now am applying my visa on 11 july'08.could you please help me how can i support with this criteria? what are the expected questions and give me the proper answers ..
