My fiancy(2 years back we got engagement and we planned to
marry in next year), on vacation he is back to india and
also he went to usa recentlty. now he is home sick he is
unable to focus on his work he is sending all the the
documents for b2 visa.how much chance to get visa .can any
one help me what questions they will ask me

Hello evryone.i recently got rejected for b2 visa.my brother's wedding is in june this year and i wanna attend it.my parents have their visas.me and my oder brother went for the interview.we both are medical students.my elder brother who is gettin married is on h1 visa.the VO asked us wen ws the last u saw ur brother.we said 5 yrs.my parents applied last year for attending my cousins wedding.the VO told us tht we r young and unemployed and she returned our passports.and handed over the 214(b) leter.now we have reapplied and have our interview in a week.any suggestions plz..cause we r very eager to attend our bro's wedding.how to convince the officer.
I and my husband gave interview on 19th march. We were rejected due to financial tie. we hose bank balance of 42000.00 dhs in my account & my husband account 32000.00 At that time we were sendin Indi. Now we stopped to send there and doing saving here. We both are woking in uae. We are not interested to stay more in USA. Now our 2nd interview on 9th. I want to clear that. we want to go only for 15days. And heartly say that we are not interested for any type of staying more. I am worry about next interview. How long do you want stay in US?
I had applied for the US visitor visa from Calgary,Canada in Jan,2010. But my visa was rejected saying that I did not show them any bond with Canada and they doubted my returning back from US. The reason was as I did not have any property on Canada and no family in Canada as well. But I still have the same condition. I don't know why would they do that even though I am Permanent Resident in Canada. Should I try the visa again and from India my home country. Thankyou Manu
Hi, I got B2 visa for ten years. I visited U.S three times and returned back within scheduled time stipulated by U.S immigration authorities. Last visit is from 8th May to Oct 20th of 2010. Now I want to renew my visa for further period of 5 or 10 years. I would like to know the procedure and required papers.
