Hello, i applied for a B1/B2 visa and i was refused, now it has been 10months and i want to apply for my F1 visa. Are there anythings i need to know?
Hi good people after I have been denied the us visa 2012 for the organization conference, my best friend invited me with litter to visit her 2013 and I was also denied for that am wondering if I can still apply for us visa again .

Hi, I got B2 visa for ten years. I visited U.S three times and returned back within scheduled time stipulated by U.S immigration authorities. Last visit is from 8th May to Oct 20th of 2010. Now I want to renew my visa for further period of 5 or 10 years. I would like to know the procedure and required papers.

we planned our trip to us on june 15th 2009(booked the roundtrip ticket). we got an appoinment on june 8th 2009 for the interview.we can show all the documents clearly.but my doubt is only with the financial background.At present we saved 65000sr.could anyone say howmuch we have to show in our account for the interview or this money is enough.expecting a reply fast. thanks maya
Hi; My aunt just got an interview at a US consulate in Dominican Republic and she was denied a visa in less than 2 minutes; the only question they asked was about her salary and she said was RD$20,000.00 (equivalent to around %575.00 US Dollars. she has all needed papers showing that she is financially good to pay for her trip but the officer was not satisfied with her salary. What should we do to get her a visa. actually she is a partner of the company that she works for but we need advise about this problem. thanks enrique
My sister-in-law is giving birth with my first nephew and first grandchild for my parents in a few months in the US. I am a single lawyer with the government and my parents are both retired government employees. Both of my brothers are american citizens. We want to take a short vacation and also to witness my nephews' birth. My parents and I went for a visa interview recently and were denied. The consulate only asked us few questions; 1. are you the only child left in the philippines? yes sir because I work here in the philipines. 2. And both of your parents are retired? yes sir. Then he said, Unfortunately, I cannot approve your application because you fail to show strong ties in the Philippines. We intend to apply again. Just in case the consul will asked us, what changed between the time of our first interview and now, can I politely say that we were not given the chance to show our strong ties in the philippines? How soon can we apply again? Is it better for us to have separate interviews, I alone and my parents together?
im recently married. my husband had 2 years of h1 visa and he worked there 1 year back he is back in india his visa got expired this november. now we are trying for a visitors visa showing that my husband is working in india since 1 year..... im a house wife.... what type of questions would i face in the interview.
I and my husband gave interview on 19th march. We were rejected due to financial tie. we hose bank balance of 42000.00 dhs in my account & my husband account 32000.00 At that time we were sendin Indi. Now we stopped to send there and doing saving here. We both are woking in uae. We are not interested to stay more in USA. Now our 2nd interview on 9th. I want to clear that. we want to go only for 15days. And heartly say that we are not interested for any type of staying more. I am worry about next interview. hi sir i had apply b1 b2 visa. i done my interview about seven month later.in interview she told me that your visa has undergo in admistrative process.i visit almost ten country and also two shengen visa.but seven month later my passport has return without any stamping of visa,how can i got my visa in future and why he denied my visa.
