Issued capital is that part of authorised capital which is
issued by the company to public for subscription. Issued
capital cant exceed authorised capital.
Subscribed capital is that part of issued capital which is

issued capital due to over susbscription or may be less
also. But ultimately allotment cant exceed issued capital.
