Most of my QA team members work offsite. So collaboration
between the team members is an issue that has been affecting
our work badly. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I’ve been using one from http://www.getzephyr.com. The main benefit is that compared to other test tools it is very flexible. It allows easy navigation thus facilitating quick jump between various projects and releases.
