1. TDS, VAT, Service tax do not apply to Individual (if he is
not proprietor)
2. Individual(Proprietor)/Co must deduct tds and pay on 7th
next month, vat payable (liability - paid on purchase) on 21st
of next month, service tax (liability - paid on services)on
5th of next month. Tds return - qutly, vat if liability is
more than 10 lakh monthly i.e.31st of next month, service tax
- half yearly i.e.25th oct, 25th apr
