be cover in income tax slab.

Ours is a SSI unit manufacturing Leather Footwear In himachal Pradesh . We send the Some Material for JOb Work in other state like pujnab, Haryana , and last finishing done at our end , are job worker required to pay service excise duty or service tax or other any taxes

Central Railway i.e. Central Govt. takes material through works Contract in Maharashtra State.The contractor purchases material from other states say M.P. or U.P. state. Due to inter state purchase of material the contractor is asking for C form. Whether Central Railway is eligible to get C form? Whether we will able to get C Form from Sales Tax Dept. so as to hand over to contractor ?

Hi..My Question is related to TDS Claim. I have got the TDS certificate for F.Y 2009-10.TDS amount is 2200.00 Looking in 26AS( F.Y 09-10 ) I can not see any credit of 2200.00. This credit is available in 26AS of F.Y 2010-11. What shall I do avail credit of same in F.Y 09-10.
