creat ledgers Ramlal under creditor and salary paid under
indirect exp then pass the entry like:(14000*12=168000 p.a.)
1) Salary a/c Dr 14000
To Ramlal a/c 14000
Being salary due for the m/o apr
2) Ramlal a/c Dr. 14000
To Cash/Bank a/c 14000
Being Salary paid to Ramlal for the M/O Apr

If you pay Rs.50000 in advance:
1) Ramlal a/c Dr 50000
To Cash/Bank a/c 50000
2) Salary a/c Dr 14000
To Ramlal a/c 14000

according this transaction rs 14000 adjusted as salary for
the m/o apr. end of the year balance will be
Ramlal a/c 50000-14000 = 36000 dr
Salary a/c 14000 dr
