1. the test cases cover only the positive scenarios but
not the negative scenarios and boundary test scenarios for
each requirement.
2. All the impacted areas have not been identified and
included in test case details.
3. All Valid Test Cases are missing.
4. Expected Results should not have if/whether statements

What are the Test Cases for a login in to your email which has username and password?
Suppose a defect is fixed by developer and that defect got closed. But because of fixing that defect we are getting another defect. If 2nd defect is fixed the 1st defect is reproduced again. If that process is continuing what should the tester do to nail that defect?
