If some body asks me m y TIN number what does that mean??
Is it my Taxpayers Identification number or it is my Tax
invoice number?

It is tax identification number. It stands for you are
enrolled in sales tax department and sales tax department
alloted you this number for using to mak invoice under this
tin number. you can do sale or purchase legally by using
invoice. And in invoice the tin number must be mention.
According to your sale and purchase you have to entitle to
pay sales tax/vat to the sales tax deparment.
