i cheak his annual salary and if he gets more then onelakhs
sixty thousand he should be pay the tax.the TDS form No16
that should be fill up and paid the incom tax office. if we
cheak the TDS was decuted or not we can see the form no 16.

as per the income tax the employer should deduct the tds
from employee salary depend upon the tax slabs. if employer
deduct that should be shown in the pay slip/ has to issue
form 16.

TDS deduction will be after the Net Salaries. After
deducting the TDS we will get Take home pay.
