Serive Tax levied by the Central Govt.(Central Excise) on
the Services provided where as Entry tax is levied by local
constitution authority for the Entry of Goods in that local
constitutional area.

service provider ex. courier charges,
professional charges, manpower consultunts
etc... they can collect the sevice tax from the
there customers which is 10% from the invoice
amount entry tax by local authorities like state
gourning bodies
