Cheque may dishonoured due to number of reasons like
mismatch of signature, wrong date or mismatch of amt. in
figure & in words & Generally the cheque will say bounce
when the funds are insufficient.

for accounting purpose cheque dishnoured and bounced are
same, but normally there are so many reasons for cheque
dishnoured such as 1. diff. in sig. 2. mistake in amt. in
words and figure 3. mistake in date, but there in only one
reason in case of cheque bounce that is less balance than
the cheque amount.

Cheque dishonoured nd cheque bounced both are same but the difference is that in accounts we use the word dishonoured but in bank the word bounce is used...

The concept of cheque dishonoured & cheque bounce is nearly same but only difference is that cheque is dishonoured due to Mis matching of sign, wrong date, wrong in amount either in words or figure.
But cheque is bounced due to insufficient funds in account.
