Excise Duty Is Leviable On Goods Manufactured In
India.Under Entry List 84 to the schedule7 to the
constitution of india.
Excise duty is levied on those godds covered under CETA.
A unit crossing Manufacturing limit of Rs. 5Crores Excise
Duty is leviable. It has nothing to do with turnover.
